Skrypnichenko, headquartered in Almada, Portugal, and any individual or legal entity that makes purchases through the official website (www.feora.eu) or via other communication channels such as telephone and email.
2. Order Processing
Customers may place orders directly through the website, by phone, or by email. Registration is required, including providing personal details such as name and address. Upon completing a purchase, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer. If a product is unavailable, the customer will be notified and may choose a refund, which will be processed within a maximum of 30 days.
3. Product Delivery
Orders are shipped to mainland Portugal, the islands, and Spain. Shipping costs vary based on the destination and order size. Deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer, and products must be checked upon receipt.

Customers have up to 14 days to request exchanges or returns, provided the products are in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Used, unsealed, or personalized products are not eligible for return. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
6. Warranty and Support
Products with defects or non-conformities may be submitted for technical analysis. If a defect is confirmed, the customer may choose either replacement or repair of the product.

Customer data is stored securely and used only for order processing, communication, and marketing purposes. Customers may request deletion or modification of their data at any time.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this contract will be resolved under Portuguese law. In case of conflict, customers may turn to arbitration entities or online dispute resolution platforms.
